Grief usually unwelcomed, almost always inconvenient, seems to have the patience of a saint waiting for us to be willing to tend to it. We understand that grief is a complex process that is unique to each individual. Our programs are designed to help you explore your emotions and tap into your creativity to find new ways to express yourself and connect with others. You do not have to go through it alone. We provide a compassionate engaging environment for people to share their stories/or not and find some tools for healing.
What is asked of you
Your willingness to be present with yourself and others. The courage to take up space and ask for what you need. The Bravery to break open, pour out, and be held. A commitment to your own unfolding.
