Kintsugi

​The Japanese art form that mimics our taking back to ourselves the broken, disowned parts. This art form also reminds us, some healing takes time and extreme patience. The traditional art form used the sap of a special tree and could take months to complete. Kintsugi is also related to the Japanese philosophy wabi-sabi that sees beauty in the incomplete and not only appreciates, but values simplicity.
