Weekend Retreats Day Gatherings and Online Offerings
The grief we hold is more than simple memories. Grief is alive in us. It shapeshifts. It transforms our inner landscapes. It breathes.... If we allow it.
Unwelcomed and definitely misunderstood grief seems to have the patience of a saint waiting for us to be willing to listen, attend, and intergrate our lived moments. During the grief rituals you will travel through the elements discovering, accessing and moving stagnant grief trapped within you by leaning into the mystery and owning your magic.

The expanding heart requires more spaciousness. Are you seeking safe space to explore your inner peaks and valleys with tenderness and soft presence? In this 8 hour gathering you will engage in rituals specifically crafted to help us lean into and soften the jagged edges of words and memories planted in us long ago. We will dance with our inner veils, nourish our passions with creative art, and cultivate a richer relationship with ourselves and the world around us through the magic of community ritual.

During the gathering we will explore the spaces where we have tucked away our inbreath... and brave the invitation to complete the cycle. This is a co-creative ritual of storytelling through movement, voice, and art.
