The grief we hold is more than simple memories. Grief is alive in us. It shapeshifts. It transforms our inner landscapes. It breathes.... If we allow it.
Unwelcomed and definitely misunderstood grief seems to have the patience of a saint waiting for us to be willing to listen, attend, and intergrate our lived moments. During the grief rituals you will travel through the elements discovering, accessing and moving stagnant grief trapped within you by leaning into the mystery and owning your magic.
