Weekend Retreats and Day Rituals
Feminine Grief: Revolutionary and EvolutionarySept March 25, 2022 | Wakefield, MA
The expanding heart requires more spaciousness. Are you seeking safe space to explore your inner peaks and valleys with tenderness and soft presence? In this 8 hour gathering we engage in rituals specifically crafted to help us lean into and soften the jagged edges of words and memories planted in us long ago. We dance with our inner veils, nourish our passions with creative art, and cultivate a richer relationship with ourselves and the world around us through the magic of community ritual.

Day Gathering with Jean BeneduciJan 22, 2022 | Pembroke, MA
Jean Beneduci joins us as a guest facilitator to share all the amazing rituals and ceremonies we can use to help us feel connected and empowered. That can encourage us to give ourselves the time and space to listen deeply to ourselves... Join us in ceremonies with purpose and direction that invite us to breathe truth in together with deep trust in the process. We will lean into our hearts, feel the power of the winds, call on the divine waters, dance with uncertainty, and listen to the stone people.
Jean shares with us some of the teachings she learned studying under Alberto Villoldo, PhD, from the Four Winds Healing the Light Body School, as well as other teachers and friends, as Jean stays deeply connected to local New England groups of medicine women. Guest Facilitator: Jean Beneduci, BA Psychology, A D. Nursing, Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Sound Healer with use of Cymatron bed, Shamanic Practitioner/Teacher and Ceremonialist. Ancestral Grief Ritual with Jen HudziecDec 18, 2021
Ancestral grief lives within each of us and manifests in a variety of ways; through intergenerational patterns of behavior, a deep sense of loneliness or lack of belonging, physical symptoms, and broader cultural implications to name just a few. During this December Grief Ritual we explore ancestral grief in a way that allows space for processing, expression, reflection, and a gentle metabolizing of what has landed with us as both burdens and blessings from our lineages. Knowledge about your ancestry is not needed for this ritual, just a willingness to explore what has been passed down and to allow the movement of ancestral grief to occur.
Guest Facilitator: Jen Hudziec is a ritualist, ancestral lineage repair practitioner, animist, fire walk instructor, and body worker. She brings 25 years of exploring and practicing a diverse mosaic of ritual arts to Creative Grief Work. During the challenges of Covid, she has lead prayer circles for those who have died as a result of Covid, and has supported those of left holding the complicated grief and trauma from the global pandemic. Jen will offer us a sweet space filled with magic. |

Weekend Retreat at White Owl FarmSept 10-12, 2021 | Tyngsborough, MA
Full weekend retreat hosted by White Owl Farm, a rustic gem tucked away in the rural area of Tyngsborough, MA. The natural unmanicured beauty of the space adds support to the journey of healing.
During the retreat you will reconnect to some of the most natural ways we have to process grief; journaling, herbal medicine, meditation, exploring self through community drama and play. Each of these healing techniques will help you commune with your faithful servant, grief. Come dance under the stars. Look deeply into the eyes of your fellow travelers. Spend time around the fire listening. Let the songs you hold within be heard. Sing the songs of grief that only you can sing. Be held and witnessed not as broken, but as a living breathing complex human being. |
