​​​Ablution is the act of washing the body/parts for religious purposes or hygiene. Ritual washing is noted in many different religious and non-religious texts from around the world. Some use rainwater, or flower essence, some ocean, others river water is required. These very ancient rituals prepare us, cleans us, and empower us.
